With a homely atmosphere, Club Wairarapa is friendly and welcoming to its members and guests. With more than 90 years of operation, the club has facilities which are guaranteed to keep families, couples, groups of friends and even singles entertained. The amenities available here are a bar, restaurant, pokies gaming section, history room and a function room. There is some live entertainment here on every second Friday from the month of February all the way to October. The fun increases in November and December when the live events happen on a weekly basis. Featuring a safe and friendly environment, the club is ideal for all to visit and have a good time. The history room
For a walk down military lane, you can visit the history room. It contains memorabilia from World War 2 and earlier. Having began with a few items which were stored in the old stables, the history room has expanded due to donations and loaned items. It has become a must-see for visitors and members of the New Zealand military who are traveling through Masterton.
